Training and Facilitation
We bet on the advancement of your organization and our tribal communities by creating immersive and engaging modules which allow for collaboration, program growth, and a positive impact. We help your organization successfully create safe spaces for brainstorming and relationship building. Our focus is to provide training and strategic planning services with a technical foundation in today’s hybrid environment. We do so by using interactive game-like techniques, educational tools, non-verbal engagement, and current tribal issues to make training fun for all learning styles.
In our training and facilitation services, we love to ask the questions that will spark solutions. Our training services can include a variety of topics such as a “how-to” session on using technology tools, strategic planning, management skills and team building. We believe in empowering others and work to tailor our training to meet your business or organizational needs. Training can be intimate one-on-one sessions for an hour or scale up to 20 participants for a few days.
TINHORN has given training or facilitation for National Center for American Indian Economic Development, Skokomish Tribe Health Center, Hualapai Tribe.
